Ladakh Citizen Help Hub - Empowering Citizens Through Online Access to Social Welfare Services

Project commissioned by the Department of Social and Tribal Welfare, Union Territory of Ladakh.


The Ladakh Citizen Help Hub is a Mobiquel developed portal for the citizens of Ladakh. This online portal empowers citizens with easy access to information and grievance redressal mechanisms on all services provided by Department of Social and Tribal Welfare (DSTW) in the Union Territory (UT) of Ladakh, India

This portal provides a one-stop online platform with the following functionalities:

Comprehensive Information: The portal offers detailed information on over 20 welfare services offered by the DSTW. This includes programs for:

  • Children ( Anganwadi Centres, Child Care Institutions)
  • Senior Citizens
  • Persons with Disabilities (UDID Cards, ALIMCO centres)
  • Scholarships
  • Various Government of India Schemes

Grievance Redressal : Citizens can register complaints and track their status through the portal. This ensures transparency and accountability in addressing concerns.

SMS Updates: The portal keeps users informed about the progress of their grievances through regular SMS updates.

The Ladakh Citizen Help Hub has the potential to significantly improve access to social welfare services in Ladakh by:
